The Business Data Analyst is responsible for extracting and presenting data in a way that helps business unit heads make informed business decisions.
As our Business Data Analyst, part of your responsibility will be:
Ensuring all financial metrics and dashboards are accurate and intact.
Building digestible and compact reports and dashboards for the teams day-to-day use.
Handling and updating key data metrics used by the company.
Managing and converting data from raw to usable, cleaned datasets.
Training end-users on new reports and dashboards, enabling a data-driven mindset org-wide.
Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
Providing technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
Supporting effective communication with the management team.
Performing other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
We'd love it if you have/Are:
Python experience is preferred but not required.
Experience in BigQuery/Analytics.
Experienced with descriptive and inferential statistics.
Experience with SQL.
Basic competence in data visualization (using visualization tools - Tableau, Google Data Studio, Power BI, etc.)
