Job Description Manages all aspects and provides project level leadership for multiple assigned security projects that will provide an improved threat profile when implemented. Tracks and offers regular project level metrics that will provide a clear understanding of the status of assigned tasks and escalates to their supervisor and appropriate IT security leadership for guidance when adjustments / issues are encountered that pose risk to defined objectives. Collaborate and build relationships with core business partners of IT colleague and 3rd party service provider's leadership / account teams to enable continued security education and awareness and improve overall relationships. Risk assessment governance, Risk management development, and Compliance training programs. The ICT Business Continuity Analyst role requires Business Continuity (BC) planning experience with Business Impact Analysis (BIA) , ICT Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and ICT Business Continuity (BC) /Disaster Recovery(DR) testing, training and reporting. The individual is also responsible for the creation and maintenance of ICT business continuity documents such as ICT Response and Recovery Plans (ICTDR) . The ICT Business Continuity Analyst is expected to team with business and technical partners in resolving issues related to ICT service recovery and continuity planning needs, and assist them to drive service resiliency. The individual must be able to translate ICT and business specifications in a clear concise language easily understood related to ICT , must have a good understanding on various industry critical business processes, regulatory requirements, and IT service architecture and availability needs to support a Customer's resiliency objectives. In addition, the ICT Business Continuity Analyst must be able to translate ICT and business specifications related to ICT response and recovery documentation in a clear and concise language easily followed and understood by users ; maintain the documentation lifecycle thru routine audits and version control.
