§ Education and Training: Production, engineering, business administration;
§ At least 20 years of experience in the production of corrugated boxes and materials, bubble plastic materials and other packaging products: REQUIRED
§ Technical Skills: Manufacturing operations managers are skilled in operating and examining production equipment for faults;
§ Project Management Skills: They are able to handle a manufacturing process to ensure timely and cost-effective production
§ Organizational Skills: They are adept at coordinating the different stages of manufacturing to ensure seamless operations;
Other Skills/Experiences: Finance (BIR Audits/Requirements/SSS), Sales, Customers Services, and Strategic Consulting;
KEY TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide corporate strategic direction and communicating the same, on behalf of the company, with shareholders, government agencies (i.e. BIR, SSS, Pagibig, Local Government) and the public
· Leading the development of the company's short and long-term strategy
· Evaluate the work of other executive leaders within the company, including vice presidents, president, and managers;
· Maintain awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansions opportunities;
· Ensure company maintains high social responsibility wherever it does business;
· Assess and manage risks of the company in all aspects (i.e. safety & employee welfare, labor relations, government rules and regulations like BIR, SSS, Pagibig, and local government);
· Provide consulting and advisory assistance in all areas of the business of manufacturing, specifically in the corrugation & boxes manufacturing, plastic bubbles manufacturing and other packaging materials;
· Provide consulting & advisory assistance in other aspects of the business: Government regulations (e.g. BIR audits, human resources, sales, customer services, accounting & finance)
Perform other consulting and management responsibilities as may be needed;
