DEVELOP A SYSTEMS CONTINGENCY Develop a contingency plan for systems downtime . TRAIN SUPERVISORS Train new Supervisors on branch operations Qualifications: .Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree .Preferably supervisor/5 years & up experienced employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent. .Strong communication skills .Basic computer skills (MS Office) .Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours .Willing to be assigned in The SM Store - Baguio .Full-time positions available
