DEVELOP A SYSTEMS CONTINGENCY Develop a contingency plan for systems downtime . TRAIN SUPERVISORS Train new Supervisors on branch operations Qualifications: . Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree . Preferably supervisor/5 years & up experienced employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent. . Strong communication skills . Basic computer skills (MS Office) . Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours . Willing to be assigned in The SM Store Bacolod . Full-time positions available
