PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Data Input of Chicken Station sales from supermarkets and distributors in SMSIS (Supermarket Sales Information System) and prescribed excel templates.

Provisional Receipt Encoding
Merchandise Slip Encoding
SUPERMARKET ENCODING
Downloads (from supermarket server) and collates (manually submitted information) supermarket sales of chicken stations & meatshops.
Prepares a spreadsheet summary table per material per outlet and per chain with volume, revenue and selling process.
Converts sales quantities into standard KG unit.
Computes for the net revenues and average selling prices from the raw data downloaded from the supermarket systems using a template.
Collates and sends via email the following Sales Reports on a per Area, per Chain, per Outlet, and per SKU Level:
Actual bi-monthly sales
Sales accrual for the month
Variance reports
Helps Sales Group on the following: (To be confirmed if this will be retained as Prosync's scope)
Monitoring of daily, weekly and monthly sales for Sales' accrual report for the preceding month.
Monitoring of timely submission of reports from the Supermarkets.
SALES ORDER ENCODING
Receives daily forecast and orders of customers for Poultry and Meats.
Collates purchased orders of customers, including house brand and institutional requirements and forwards collated data to responsible plant personnel.
Receives summary of allocation of products from the plant.
Coordinates with Sales on the final order to be booked.
Inputs sales orders for Poultry and Meats in the SAP.
Makes order revisions to accommodate changes in orders and allocation plans as directed by Sales.
PROVISIONAL RECEIPT ENCODING
Receives the deposit slip from the cashier.
Prepares Provisional Receipt (PR).
Sends PRs to the scanner thru DAR.
Reconciling of billing data versus PRs issued.
Updates customer ledgers.
Sends a summary report to Sales.
MERCHANDISE SLIP ENCODING
Receives the merchandise slips from the Supermarkets.
Inputs daily merchandise slips to prescribed sales templates.
Prepares a spreadsheet summary table per material per outlet and per chain with volume, revenue and selling process.
Converts sales quantities into standard KG unit.
Computes for the net revenues and average selling prices from the raw data downloaded from the supermarket systems using a template.
DATABASE ENCODING
Extracts detailed SAP BW reports per request of the Sales Information Group on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for the preparation of presentation materials in periodic business reviews.
Consolidates Market and Industry data from territories nationwide: broiled prices, hog farm gate prices, slaughter output, broiled production.
Extracts raw data from BW and consolidates data on material, channel, and segment levels and submits to Sales Information Group.
Updates Sales Information database for KPI monitoring. Including, but not limited to, per material sales, per customer sales, and customer ranking per market segment.
Consolidates market share per territory, per capita consumption, per province, among other levels, for the annual budget cycle.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

EDUCATION
At least 2 year college graduate related to Sales, Inventory, Logistics, Warehousing and Finance.
