We are URGENTLY looking for a CLIENT-FOCUSED BUSINESS AUTOMATION ANALYST to Elevate Operational Excellence Across Diverse Businesses Through Strategic Automation for an onsite assignment (graveyard shift). Join our team, and be the catalyst for optimization in diverse business landscapes.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Client-Centric Automation Implementation
Spearheaded the development and execution of tailored automation strategies across client businesses. Replace their traditional manual systems with cutting-edge automated solutions, promoting accuracy and efficiency.
Data Workflow Management for Clients
Supervise the seamless flow of data within automated systems tailored for our clients. Guarantee optimized processes for secure and efficient data transmission, aligned with each client's unique operational needs.
Continuity and Client Record Assurance
Establish and maintain robust automated procedures with fail-safe backup records for our clients, ensuring their business operations are resilient against disruptions and data loss.
Collaborative Solution Development
Engage directly with clients to dissect complex business requirements, transforming them into functional specifications that serve as the blueprint for customized automation frameworks.
Innovative Enhancement and Client Satisfaction
Regularly assess the efficacy of installed automation systems within client operations, embracing a proactive approach in fine-tuning applications and introducing advancements as per evolving business demands.
Clear Communication and Detailed Reporting
Uphold excellence in communication, articulating technical insights and progress updates in impeccable English, ensuring client stakeholders are informed and confident in the automation journey. Generate insightful reports reflecting the impact and performance of automation initiatives on client businesses.
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related analytical field
Minimum of 3 years in a role emphasizing business process automation, data management, or similar, particularly within a client-facing capacity
Proven track record of effectively implementing and managing business processes or automation solutions catering to diverse business models.
In-depth knowledge of modern automation technologies and data workflow systems, with an aptitude for applying industry-specific software and analytical tools in varying business contexts.
Mastery of English, showcasing excellence in both technical writing and client-oriented verbal communication.
Average Typing Speed of 50 WPM and above
Fast learner & highly trainable with good analytical skills
Team player and able to work with less supervision
Good problem solver & has a Positive attitude
Must be willing to work graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
Well-organized, Responsible, and has initiative
Independent with a positive work ethic and passion to succeed
Willing to start immediately
