Description
Responsible for master data (QA/production) business applications support, system configuration, and system release management for MDM/CDM business systems and related Lexmark applications and reporting. Acts as liaison amongst the user community, application vendors as necessary, and with the different Connected Technology teams. Continually monitors business organization's needs and requirements, alerting the organization of new and changing requirements. Contributes to development of policies and procedures for ensuring the quality, security and integrity of master data and the business applications.
Responsibilities also involves the coordination of different teams for resolution of master data issues or process improvement with the area specific master data teams (Customer, Vendor, Material, Channel Partner), Technical Team, and specific Subject Matter Experts (SME) and support the entire Lexmark organization that uses master data. Other Responsibilities also include the creation, publication, distribution and maintenance of assigned data related documentation.
The Business Applications Analyst ensures the reduction in the amount of data touch points, increasing the quality, accuracy, credibility and integrity of the data across different business applications that uses these master data elements (Customer, Product, Material, Vendor and Channel Partner) and acts as the primary point of contact for master data issues.
Collaborates with other worldwide Lexmark business units that uses master data such as but not limited to Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Order to Cash, Sourcing, Procure to Pay, Lead to Contract, Onboarding to Resolution, Plan to Report, Market to Lead, etc.
Here are preferences for this position;
BSCOE or any IT related courses will do, with experienced on Power BI (and SQL), a plus factor if the candidate has a certificate or has a background on Azure Machine Learning.
