Job Description
Work Scope
Providesbusiness insights based on the reports/dashboards that are regularly provided to the business andsupport continuous improvement on metrics that are monitored regularly.
Proactively engages with stakeholders to ensure that existing reports/dashboards are always relevant to the evolving business needs.
Regularlyevaluate existing reports/dashboards to ensure accuracy of numbers that are being reported and at the same time maintaining optimum level of reports.
Takes the lead in report automationto ensure consistent and regular release of reports to stakeholders.
Coordinates with appropriate teams to ensure accurateand regular availability of data that will be used as basis of reports.
In-charge of visualization via power BI or other visualization tools for better representation and understanding of data by the stakeholders.
In-charge of providing data requirements to internal stakeholders and delivering it in accordance withthe parameters of data privacy guidelines of AXA Philippines.
Able to perform well under pressure
Other tasks that maybe assigned.
Your Profile
Qualifications
Must have at least 6-10 years of experience in working with relational databases.
Must have 5-7 years supervisory experience.
Strong understanding of the business
Has good communication, presentation and influencing skills.
Strong knowledge in data processing (e.g. SQL, python, R, SAS) and data visualization tools (power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Graduate of Statistics or business-related course that have programming experience.
MBA degree is an advantage but not required.
