Job Description
Works closely with product and marketing teams to help design, implement, measure, and iterate on lifecycle strategies that drive our business metrics. Experimentation and a customer-centric mindset must be core to the lifecycle programs to be built. Collaboration with other teams to plan and execute against shared goals, delivering seamless experiences across the app, website, and all lifecycle channels. Building engaging lifecycle programs in results-driven environments, have proven success in improving key metrics, developing aggressive experiment pipelines for continuous innovation, all with a highly empathetic, customer-centric mindset.
Measure performance of priority commercial, technical and enabling projects against committed KPIs through the analysis of wide and complex data from multiple sources. Reviews will cover from Concept to Launch phases.
Translate findings into meaningful and actionable business recommendations, and track incremental performance post-reco. Provide key insights for future performance.
Guide decision-making on project and business drivers based on the analysis. Project drivers include, but are not limited to, funding allocation and availments, delivery timing and costs of delays, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis
Proficiency in descriptive analytical techniques
Knowledge on SQL, R or Python programming &/or data visualization tools a plus
Preferably a graduate of BS in Statistics, Economics, Business degrees
