Job Summary: * Designs process, framework, and tools to aid in evaluating and extracting insights from business performance data * Analyzes performance and trends on customer, revenue, and operational BAU metrics (e.g., forecasting) in partners Job Summary: Designs process, framework, and tools to aid in evaluating and extracting insights from business performance data Analyzes performance and trends on customer, revenue, and operational BAU metrics (e.g., forecasting) in partnership with line organizations Conducts analysis and assessment of internal and external (customer and industry) data to derive unbiased insights regarding the positioning of CRS and the company Crafts data visualizations and narratives that provide insight into overall business performance and leverage data from multiple sources Identifies methods and tools for strategic analysis and seeks alternative ways of data gathering to address business challenges Qualifications: Graduate of Economics, Statistics, Engineering or related course Combination with at least 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience and education in business performance management and data analytics Proficient in PowerBI and MS Office applications Preferably worked in the energy or utilities sector, and/or for conglomerates, holdings, or company with the same structure as Meralco (With subsidiaries) Work experience in cross-organizational collaboration and preferably, experience in project management Demonstrated advanced knowledge/experience in the following: - Exploratory data analysis, data visualization, and insight generation - Data analytics framework and business analytics impact analysis Liaises with stakeholders to understand their key objectives, processes, and challenges Crafts data-driven recommendations and integrates learning across the whole analytics life cycle Must be open to hybrid work arrangement (location is in Pasig City)
