Qualifications:
- College graduate of any IT related course.
- Experience gathering business requirements, documentation, analysis and validation.
- Experience in business stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in collaborating with project team members to ensure understanding of business requirements.
- Experience in gathering, defining requirements and the creation of all related documentation (user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria using BDD format).
- Must have Agile project experience.
- Knowledge of Agile principles (Lean principles, Kanban, Confluence, JIRA) is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence your team and business users.
- A good understanding of UX/ Design thinking is desirable.
- Must have good business acumen and strong presentation skills.
- Write and/or review functional and technical requirements specifications for the implementation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to work in Metro Manila.
