Description
THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Acquire data from primary and secondary data sources and maintain database and data systems
• Interpret data and analyze results
• Identify, analyze and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Develop, modify, maintain and support custom reports for both ad-hoc and ongoing needs
• Create and maintain technical documentation for various systems, services and business processes including database and reporting procedures
• Assist with the review, consolidation and reduction of data discrepancies
• Work closely with Management to prioritize business and information needs
• Locate and define new process improvement
• Work with vendors on support and maintenance issues that may include specification design and development oversight, as well as testing and integration within other applications
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management
THE PERSON
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to details and accuracy
• Adept in queries, report writing and presenting findings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced working knowledge in MS Excel
• Working experience as a data/reporting analyst is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
