We are looking for a Business Analyst who will work closely with analyzing the company metrics, campaign stats, detail oriented, ROI calculations, to constantly produce reports for our internal company data and also actively track and report on all our company account retention metrics, sales metrics, marketing metrics on a regular basis and provide reports on it and who will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
Analyzing the company metrics, campaign stats, detail oriented, ROI calculations
Work closely with developers, designers, testers, and project managers to ensure clear understanding of requirements and successful delivery of solutions.
Actively track and report on all our company account retention metrics, sales metrics, marketing metrics on a regular basis
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis and project management

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in IT projects or Data Analyst role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
2 years of Data Analysis Experience/ Business Analyst
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
