Roles and Responsibilities:
A. Research and Analysis
Review user stories and requirements to explore, create and document solutions in a concise, readable format
Integrate user-friendly content in illustrations, diagrams, and other visual aids to assist internal clients / partners in understanding the product or a process.
Research system capabilities and interview team members to identify the best solutions and other lower-level details required
B. Documentation and Change Management
Plan, create and modify documents, including but not limited to Product/Business requirements, API Integration documents, Release/Deployment documents, and User Guides. These documents shall serve as the source of truth to all readers.
Responsible for building and maintaining the external API Documentation (incl. branch management, accessibility and version management) without supervision
Identify changes and update relevant documents / solutions
Communicate changes in a timely manner with the scrum team
C. Team Coordination
Consult Tech Lead, Product Manager, QA Engineer, and other subject matter experts to review, modify, or give input to builds that may have an impact outside the product team
Facilitates project scrum activities
Generates estimates; develops, monitors, and adjusts project scope/plans accordingly; defines measures and evaluates project efficiency and effectiveness based on instruction
Requirements
Experience:
1 - 3 Years experience in the related fields (Software engineering, technical writing, product owner, quality assurance)
