About the Role
Your primary focus will be on gathering project requirements, outlining detailed project plans, creating visual representations of complex features, and ensuring projects align with set timelines and expectations.
Responsibilities
Meet with our leadership team to discuss new projects. Most projects will be related to web development.
Gather project requirements and prepare a detailed project outline stating what is needed from all teams involved (UI/UX, ecom & development)
When a project involves a new complex feature being added to the site, create a flow chart / activity diagram to explain how the feature will work
Meet with team leads for updates on projects to confirm they are meeting requirements & timelines as they progress.
Create training documents on how to use newly developed features
Assist with implementing & managing other high priority company initiatives
Requirements
Excellent at organizing and articulating project requirements into written form
Understands web development principles and has worked with development teams in the past
Able to self-manage assignments & deadlines without requiring follow ups from stakeholders
Excellent problem solving & analytical skills
Strong written English skills would be ideal but are not a strict requirement.
