Job Description:
Conducting in-depth analysis of different data sets.
Benchmarking a business' activity with current market trends.
Creating and presenting business analysis reports to stakeholders.
Setting and monitoring metrics for business growth.
Forecasting business solutions with corresponding budget to meet goals.
Translating data to visual models and graphs.
Conducting market research and updating knowledge.
Making data-driven recommendations to increase business profitability.
Project analysts, who are in charge of collecting, documenting and analyzing the business processes as well as proposing a set of recommendations on how to improve them;
Conduct desk research, interviews, analyze and identify bottlenecks and process inefficiencies
Develop recommendations for process simplifications
Report the Final output - Diagrams, Flowchart, UML, Process Modelling
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Skilled in Business Process Management, Knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point.
Soft skills: Gap Analysis, Problem Solving, Presentation Skills, Process Analysis and Documentation
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
Must have strong logic, reasoning and analytical skills.
