The specifics of the role are:
Team: Shared Services
Work Dynamics: Individual contributor, works closely with other Business Analysts
Position of the role: Full-time
In this role, you'll get to:
Elicit and analyze the business needs of stakeholders
Collaborate with different stakeholders to determine project scope and vision
Assist with the interpretation of system requirements into feasible options, and communicating these back to the stakeholders
Look for a technical solution to each of the system feature requests
Make system and process recommendations to the Product Team
Give man-days on automation opportunities
Communicate key insights and findings to the stakeholders
Updates stakeholders through documents
We are looking for people who:
Find creative problem-solving fulfilling & challenging
Are self-motivated & eager to learn
Thrive in a dynamic environment and ard copes well with ambiguity
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs
Comfortable about working with different stakeholders
Are willing to work onsite in a hybrid arrangement, especially during the training period

Have an experience in the tasks mentioned
