Business Analyst

You will have an opportunity to:
-Understand what business unit/stakeholder does and how it does.
-Identify the steps or tasks to support the implementation of new features.
-In collaboration with Solutions Architect:

-Design the new features to implement.
-Analyze the impact of implementing new features.
-Determine how to improve existing business processes in the system.
-Implement the new features.
-A System Business Analyst dedicated for QORE/Q-Net will be beneficial in gathering the key business requirements
-Analyze the information and translate to technical requirements (technical documentation) which will be understandable by the programmers
-Maintain the system's technical documentation
You will be a great fit to our team if:
-Have a degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
-5+ years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity
-High proficiency with SQL language and database management
-Proven analytical abilities
-Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
-Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
-Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio
-Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management
-Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions
-Extensive experience with data visualization
-Highly proficient technical writing capabilities
-Prior experience working on Agile Scrum Teams
Qualification/ Requirements:
-5 years plus experience in analytics and systems development capacity
-Have a degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
-Excellent communication skills.
-Proficient in MS Office Applications.
-Able to work in a night shift/shifting schedule.
