Job Description
We’re looking for an adept Business Analyst who will bridge the gap between MSPbots’ information technology capacity and its business objectives!
 
• Work Remotely 
• Client: CEO Daniel Wang (Company: MSPbots) 
• Work Hours and Schedule: Semi-flexible, may fall between 9:00 pm-6:00 am PHT or 10:00 pm-7:00 am PHT, Fixed rest days (Sat-Sun) 
• Work Duration: Long-term 
• Starting compensation will be $4 per hour, with the potential for a raise with tenure 
 
Job Description: 
The Business Analyst oversees the implementation and support of business information systems across multiple departments. You would be identifying the problems and opportunities within MSPbots to provide solutions in achieving the company’s business' goals. The work hours and schedule for this post preferably would be from 9:00 pm-6:00 am PHT or 10:00 pm-7:00 am PHT, Monday to Friday. 
Key Responsibilities: 
Drive operations, strategy, and planning across key go-to-market teams 
Ensure that we are capturing and surfacing the right data and information to make informed business decisions, working closely with members of the Data Analyst, Product, and Sales teams 
Collaborate with analyst and engineers to build self-service reports and establish automated processes for large scale data analyses 
Defining configuration specifications and business analysis requirements 
Performing quality assurance 
Defining reporting and alerting requirements 
Job Requirements: 
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or related field 
At least 3 years of industry experience in business and data analytics, financial/business planning, or sales operations.  
MSP experience is a plus 
Has worked in depth in identifying business insights through data analysis, including experience extracting and manipulating data using SQL and other reporting tools for data analysis, and producing digestible business intelligence and actionable information 
Proficiency in BI Platforms (QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, others) and Excel (including VBA, Pivot Tables, array functions, Power Pivots, etc) 
Has strong communication and project management skills, enabling them to work with key business stakeholders to understand requirements and shape analytical deliverables. 
Has demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to work cross-organizationally
