in creation of data flow diagrams and process flow diagrams to facilitate better system in assisting in designing and creation of training material and conducted internal training sessions for business users on Salesforce technology in creation and deployment of several reports for different user profiles based on the need in the in understanding the Business requirements and taking it through the planning phase until the implementation problem-solving skills and a fast be quick to adapt to changes (process-wise and requirements-wise)Must be proactive * Must be a self-starter
PLUS SKILLS
Proficiency and experience in using Salesforce: Salesforce Platform Developer, Architect, and/or Administrator Certifications a
in performing data cleanup, extraction, and mass changes using data loader * Understanding of
technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements, and all related policies and procedures * SFDC Advanced Administrator Certification
Experience with Agile / Scrum
