Welink MCS is hiring for a Business Analysts on behalf of a client partner in the Human Capital Software Management Company

Job Description:
The core role of a business analyst is to be a liaison between our developers and our product team
Responsibilities
•Prioritize and develop features
•Develop changes need to be made (ex. page look like, file transfer, etc.)
•Testing the changes made in a beta environment to ensure that it's working correctly.
Requirements/Skills Required:
•Must have a minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role in a digital landscape
•Must have a minimum of 1-year experience working as a business analyst for an HR and Payroll software for the Philippines market
•Must have a minimum of 1-year experience using a free/paid product management software like Jira
•Must have a minimum of 1-year experience using Excel for processing data using logical functions or versatile formulas
•Must have a minimum of 6 months' experience in Flowcharting using Vizio or a similar software
•Must have skills at least one in Asana, Jira, Trello, Bitrix, or any similar software
