Peak Support is a customer service and business process outsourcing company. We are currently shortlisting for a Business Analyst to join our growing team.
This person should have vast experience in the following disciplines:
- Business Process Analysis
- Documentation of Requirements
- Scheduling and Forecasting
- Dashboard Creation
- Business Case Presentation
Required Skills include:
- MS Excel & Google Spreadsheet
- Creating/Modifying Salesforce Reports (Classic & Lightning)
- Excellent phone manner
- Fluency or near-fluency in English
- MS Powerpoint & Google Slides
Additional desired skills include:
- Zendesk Report Creation (Including MAQLs)
- VBA
- Google Scripts
