Business Analyst/ QA Tester
What are we looking for:
We are searching for a dedicated Business Analyst/ QA Tester who will be responsible for designing and implementing test plans to improve the usability of our products. The QA tester works with the development team to debug code, correct errors, and troubleshoot any issues with software code.
A successful QA tester should be hard-working, have a strong working knowledge of software code and testing methodologies, and be a team player.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills in both written and verbal.
This role is 100% work from home.
In this role, you will:
Develop test plans to test new and existing softwares, debug codes, and improve the usability of software programs.
Will be working with the development team to produce top-quality software.
Designing test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
Executing tests on source code.
Analyzing test results and reporting to the development team.
Working with the development team to correct bugs and errors.
Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
Mentoring and coaching junior QA Testers on the team.
About You:
Core qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
Good working knowledge of test management software, programming languages, and QA methodologies.
2 years' experience in QA testing.
A track record of following through on commitments.
Good team working and critical thinking skills.
Competency in Google Workspace applications including Docs, Sheets, Slides and related GSpace apps.
