Responsible for reviewing business processes to gain a complete understanding of current procedures, identify improvements, and document thos e processes. Performs process mapping, analysis, and improvement. Creates policies and standardized procedures. Performs time and motion studies to evaluate capacity and process efficiency. Responsible for improving processes, taking corrective action, and continuous improvement . Profit & Loss Reporting. Business/Clients insights reporting. Business metrics reporting
