Description
The Lead Business Analyst - Digital works directly with the Project Manager - Digital Platforms to
help define the projects' visions, goals, and objectives through recommending and taking action to
improve progress, which includes analyzing progress reported against the work schedules, dealing
with financial budget and limitations, and reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems
and the user's needs. The ITDPSP is to drive cross-functional project teams to deliver
breakthrough improvements in unit cost, quality, customer experience, and risk through managing
the execution of the company digital platform systems processes for the enterprise and per entity
requirement on digital strategic initiatives through different in house or outsourced digital solutions
enhancements. They are also responsible for the execution of business specific processes using
software development life cycle/project management life cycle and developing and analyzing
reports and day to day administrative activities on mentioned system solutions as needed.
