You will have an opportunity to...
Gather key business requirements, analyze the information, and translate to technical requirements (technical documentation) which will be understandable by the programmers
Identify the steps or tasks to support the implementation of new system feature/deliverables
In collaboration with project teams and stakeholders
Design new features to implement and analyze the impact of it
Determine how to improve existing business processes in the system
Implement the new features
Arrange program specifications by confirming logical sequence and flowcharts;
Creation of User Stories based on the business requirements
Maintain the system's technical documentation
The Qualifications
Must Have:
Have a degree in Computer Science, IT or Engineering
At least 5 years of proven experience in analytics and/or systems development
Excellent communication, data-visualization, and presentation skills.
Experience working on or with Agile Scrum Teams
Experience in project and user-testing management
Candidate must be able to develop innovative and impactful systems solutions
Proficient in systems project management and project progress tracking tools (Azure Boards) and MS office applications
Nice to Have:
Experience generating process documentation and reports
Proficient technical writing capabilities
Certificates relevant to the role are not required but can be used as an advantage
Can work in mid, night shift/shifting schedule
