A Business Analyst-IT Delivery for Consumer Billing is responsible for identifying and analyzing business needs related to consumer billing processes within an organization, and providing solutions that align with the organization's overall IT strategy. The role requires the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors, to gather requirements, analyze data, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
Qualifications:
IT Background;
Knowledge with MS Office Applications
Required and responsible for enhancing the quality of IT products and services, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and finding technological solutions to business needs, among other duties.
Should have phenomenal interpersonal skills as they need to act as a communication link between the IT and Executive branches.
Minimum Requirements:
Degree in computer engineering, business administration, or related field
2-3 years of IT Background
Knowledge with MS Office Applications
Excellent problem-solving skills
Analytical mindset
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
