The Business Analyst II will develop and provide technical guidance in identifying, evaluating and documenting solutions and procedures to solve moderate level business challenges and meet internal and external business requirements. Leverages independent judgement and strong analytical skills to successfully work with clients to analyze, define, model and document data and systems requirements. Leads client-facing data gathering sessions in order to define the end-to-end solution to meet business requirements. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to gain agreement on requirements. Defines system settings and options, plans and executes solution, integration and/or acceptance testing, and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Supports the ramp and adoption of deployed solutions post-launch, continuously assessing areas of improvement and optimization. Ensures processes are followed and any fall out are addressed properly by using independent judgement and analytical skills. Receives mentorship on highly complex issues from more senior staff and/or management. Requires ability to analyze and/or report from moderately complex data from multiple data sources.
You Will:
Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to gain agreement on proposed solutions to meet approved business requirements. This includes leading client-facing requirement gathering sessions and the successful documentation of moderately complex business, technical, and data requirements, leveraging standard processes
Define the end-to-end solution to meet the business requirements and solutions to ensure the ability to deliver valuable business insights (such as CRM, reporting, data processing, data integration, marketing tools, and customer success, etc.)
Responsible for the modification, review and hand-off of data mapping and/or configuration details to the technical team which is then used to build or configure the solution
Uses independent judgement and analytical skills to analyze moderately complex client data for availability, quality, and sources to ensure internal stakeholders have the necessary information to deliver committed business outcomes
Creates and executes User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of full end-to-end solution
Supports the ramp and adoption of deployed solutions post-launch, continuously assessing areas of improvement and optimization
Seeks council and guidance from higher level business analysts on new assignments as necessary.
Will receive mentorship on more complex projects/matters from higher level analysts and management. Work is generally independent and reliable on routine tasks. Requires direction and supervision only on new assignments
You Have:
Possesses the ability to dynamically shift communication styles between client stakeholders, business leaders, and technical resources to maintain alignment and clarity
Practical knowledge with and/or deploying business solutions (such as Salesforce, etc.)
Ability to analyze and/or report from moderately complex data from multiple data sources. Complexity can vary based on several factors such as size, number of systems, variables or dynamics of customer
Moderate experience directly owning and deploying solutions spanning technology, tools, data, and reporting
Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
2 - 5 years of related experience to reflect skills and talent necessary for this role preferred
Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment while managing multiple parallel, and often competing, work streams
Experience working in global work environments where resources are not co-located, while remaining focused on common objectives and outcomes• May be required to be Salesforce Administrator Certified
May require knowledge of expanded analysis solutions/tools (such as OLTP/OLAP data structures, advanced Excel, Toad, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.)
May require knowledge of domain languages (such as SQL Query, etc.)
May require experience with requirements documentation tools (such as Jira, Rally, etc.)
5 - 10+ years business experience, 5+ in a Business Analyst or Solution Architect role
Salesforce Service or Sales Cloud Certified• ECBA or CCBA Certification is a plus
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma, or the equivalent, preferred. Degree/Diploma in computer science, information systems or similar degree a plus
Experience migrating and/or consolidating systems and data solutions to support acquisitions and/or technology transformation initiatives

Virtual First
Concentrix is a Virtual First company, which means work outside of an office will be the primary experience for most employees for the foreseeable future. Equipment will be provided, but Internet connection and a space at home to work is required. While you have the ability to work from your home, we do require that you are in a commutable distance (NCR, Cavite, Rizal, Laguna and Bulacan), of the local office to ensure you can attend when/if required by the company. In addition, per PEZA regulations, we are mandated to keep track and record the movement of all company-owned work equipment, thus any movement of these work equipment are prohibited without any prior approval by the management team, including our PH Site Director
Uninterrupted home-based internet is required for this role. Applicants should have sufficient internet access in their homes to attend and host video calls, as well as perform essential functions of the role which include downloading and uploading of large files to shared network drives. In general, we have found that a minimum bandwidth speed of 20mbps is essential.
