VBP is looking for a Business Analyst!
As a Business Analyst, you will have to improve and streamline the business process for optimum efficiency in terms of both performance and cost.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Communications, Industrial Engineering or other related courses
• At least 1-2 years of solid relevant experience in a BPO set-up (non-negotiable)
• Equipped with process documentation and improvement skills
• ISO and audit knowledge is an advantage
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
• Knowledgeable in using Process Flow Charting tool (ex MS Visio, Lucid Chart)
• Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Responsibilities:
• Analyzing & Optimize company processes through a reasonable and independent analysis
• Research, develop, and document process flow
• Developing new methods to improve productivity, efficiency, and operational costs
• Plan, develop, organize, write, edit and manage updates and revisions to operational procedures, policies, and manuals
• Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content
• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the process and the documentation requirements
• Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards
• Create work instructions to help end-users use a variety of systems
