About The Role
Role Location: Manila, Bengaluru or Australia
Role Type: Full-time, 1-year Fixed Term Contract
The Talent & Culture (T&C) Governance Program aims to strengthen the governance framework of ANZ network to oversee the compliance of:
T&C BEAR accountabilities
CPS 220 (Risk Management Framework)
CPS 231 (Outsourcing requirements)
The Business Analyst works with T&C teams by demonstrating PMO and analysis skills. This includes development and on-going management of the programs, management of risks and gaps and facilitation of gap remediation.
Identify and initiate new solutions or approaches to improve PMO performance
Monitor and control progress of programs/project and provide regular reports on status
Adhere to change control processes and ensure consistency against agreed standards for all project documentation
Provide on-going health checks, facilitate end-stage reviews and monitor programs/projects for continuing alignment to overall objectives
Support PMO and project accountant by tracking budgets, providing analysis and information to facilitate informed decision making
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following -
2+ years in PMO or program/project environments.
Experience gained across a variety of project types (or related business analysis experience), including but not limited to BA experience
Understanding of PMO management, finance processes and reporting, risk and project management standards,
Demonstrated team working ability, commitment and contribution to building the Project team and PMO, ability to balance project needs
Familiar with ANZ Agility (NWOW)
Strong in excel skills
