How You Spend Your Eight Hours
Work with the CEO to help create a network of referral partners for business opportunities
Review end-of-day reports and emails
Document data points for process improvements
Proficiently invent processes or systems needed to implement changes
Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements
Research different vendors and software solutions
Conduct on-site inspections in the Philippines
Support next steps on sales calls, discovery, and documentation
Act as the CEO's administrator and assistant
What You Must Possess
Experience in business analysis
Experience as an executive assistant
Bachelor's degree in business analytics or related courses
Effective written and spoken English
Solid understanding of BPO and industry landscape
Critical thinking and attention to detail
Proficiency in research, documentation, and reporting
Ability to use MS Office and related software
Desire to learn and socialize
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Willingness to travel and work on-site
