JOB DESCRIPTION
Evaluate business demands by obtaining a deep understanding of requirements against business processes;
Lead requirements gathering and analysis and effectively communicate these requirements to the Demand Officer, EA, Security, account and technical leads, etc.
Anticipate business demands from information gathered during meetings and planning sessions;
Facilitate the ITD Clearance process for specialized tools;
Monitor demand budget utilization;
Process Coupa request for demand-funded tools and monitor its renewal;
Consolidate all demands received by different divisions and maintain the demand pipeline database;
Support the CPG prioritization exercise;
Ensure that business cases are checked, and requirements are validated with business before submission to ART, IWG, and other governance processes;
Participate in the request for information (RFI) for demands received;
Assist in logistics and presentation materials for business and other demand meetings;
Assist in the revision of various demand management documents;
Document new processes and procedures and propose improvements in the demand management process.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Applicants should have the following qualifications:
Has at least five years experience in business analysis;
Knowledgeable (hands-on experience preferred) with various ADB's technology platforms and cloud-based IT productivity tools, e.g., Oracle, Microsoft O365 and SharePoint, JIRA;
Good business and technical writing skills;
Good verbal communication skills
Must be able to relate to multinational-based organizations and comfortable dealing with senior staff from different functional departments;
