BUSINESS ANALYST (BD OPS)
Job Responsibilities:
Takes an active role in data analysis and interpretation, ensuring a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness of the data presented
Distil and summarize data sets into understandable summaries and actionable suggestions
Prepare and present reports on business performance, including but not limited to post-mortem analysis on initiatives and periodic performance tracking
Provides recommendations based on data-driven insights with the clear objective of improving business performance
Coordinate and align with different business units
Requirements:
Possesses Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, Accounting, or any relevant study
With minimum one year of relevant experience in data analysis or similar tasks
Proficient with spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets)
Proficient with presentations (Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Google Slides)
Skilled in Python and SQL
Strong comprehension, willingness to learn, adaptability and is flexible to the pace of the industry
Highly analytical, adept with numbers, strong critical thinker that exhibits high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present solutions to multiple audiences and navigate various levels of stakeholders
Strong team player and a capable individual contributor
Structured and organized
Flexible to work long hours on occasion
Industry experience in e-commerce, technology, and retail is preferred
