Duties and responsibilities
Word processing, managing calendars, making travel, meeting or event arrangements
Preparing reports, creating spreadsheets and performing data entry
Assist with processing government requirements such as permit and visa renewals
Providing general office administrative support
Running various errands including collecting payables from clients
Assisting with procurement
Maintaining internal databases related to Asset Management
Processing of permits including but not limited to PEZA requirements, business permits, BIR requirements, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth
Assist the Legal Department for SEC Regulatory Requirements as well as BOI and DOLE processing of work permit for foreign employees
Qualifications
Strong command of English
Strong computer and internet skills
Critical thinking skills
Experience in similar role
Experience in project coordination, events or documentation
Analytical, and can give the output asked for without having to be explained everything in full
Has Initiative, and can find workarounds for tasks that are complicated
Self-starter, once given the task can push it forward and see it through until it is done without having to be constantly reminded or corrected
Able to multitask, and can work on multiple projects at the same time without compromising the quality of the final output
Objective, and able to take feedback in all its forms and take it as points that they could improve themselves on
