BUREAU OF CUSTOM STAFF
 
Key Responsibilities:
Process and update the liquidation entries.
Responsible for collection import entries (packing list, bill of leading) for liquidation furnished by shipping coordinator.
Prepare weekly and stocks inventory reports
Prepare documents for certificate of inspection and loading data from boat note.
Monitor importation bonds and process BOC application.
Responsible for collecting all import entries such as invoice, packing list, bill of leading for broker liquidation
Responsible for collecting sales invoice, stuffing list, packing list, bill of lading and export declaration documents furnished by shipping coordinator.
Provide copies of sales invoice, stuffing list, packing list, bill of lading and export declaration documents furnished by shipping coordinator.
Qualifications:
Engineering graduate or graduate of any related studies.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Detail oriented and highly organized
Possesses a sense of urgency
Has good analytical and problem solving skill
