BUILDING & UTILITIES ELECTRICIAN
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Operation of electrical power installations in the factory.
Responsible for operation, maintenance and repair of High Voltage, Medium Voltage, Low Voltage, Switch Gear Panels, and Control Panels.
Checks, analyses, and troubleshoots various electrical, electronic, or electro-mechanical system drawings for correct operation and to design components of a larger system; prepares cost estimates for work.
Performs investigations, prepares special project reports with instrumentation and process control equipment, system control, or operational problems.
Adjusts, calibrates, aligns, and modifies circuitry and components and records effects on unit performance.
Refocusing Maintenance from low indenture PM to Predictive and Proactive Maintenance Modes by practicing and implementing equipment diagnostic and prognostic instrumentation and technologies.
Monitors and understands Building Management System warnings and protocol and must be able to make quick analysis and response.
Ensuring electrical and electronic spare parts availability for scheduled and projected jobs and preliminary liaison with warehouse department, PPO and supplier/vendor
YOU ARE:
Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Electronics and Communication Engineering and any elated engineering course.
Minimum of 3 years professional experience in similar position or at least 5 years' experience in construction industry supervising BMS, Automation, Electrical or Green
Energy installation and coordination.
English, both written and spoken.
