Job Description
The ability to maintain the physical property and furnishings in a manner consistent with that of a luxury hotel.
The ability to repair and refinish woodwork.
The ability to patch and paint interior and exterior surfaces.
The ability to repair plaster and stucco
The ability to install and repair of vinyl and paper wall coverings.
The ability to maintain stock and inventory for the shop
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
