BUILDING MANAGER
 
Job descriptions:
Oversee the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the building(s) and facilities.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and incidents.
Prepare regular reports for management.
Serve as a point of contact for building occupants and address tenant concerns and requests..
Plan, organize, and conduct regular safety drills and training for building occupants.
Processing and renewal of all regulatory requirements necessary for operations and maintenance of all buildings and facilities.
Implement and enforce policies related to building use and maintenance.
Develop and implement emergency response plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant experience of at least three years, particularly in facility or property management.
Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and safety protocols.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Preferably with experience as Safety Officer
Proactive, with a strong service orientation and solution-seeking skills.
People-oriented, effective in building working and interpersonal relationships, and results-driven.
