JOB DESCRIPTION:
See to it that all IPI buildings and all the parts (structure, plumbing, electrical, partitions, finishes, etc.) are in good condition.
Monitor maintenance and upkeep services.
Manage the permitting requirements for IPI buildings.
As-built plans (and other necessary drawings)
Collating requirements for processing
Procurement of construction services, which includes preparation of the following:
Bidding Documents
Pre-Construction Documents
Permitting Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Licensed Architect
Good written and verbal communication skills
With at least 1-3 years experience
Knowledgeable in AutoCad, Sketchup, rendering software, etc.
Knowledgeable in Architecture and Construction
Willing to be taught and trained.
Willing to work overtime, trustworthy, hardworking, and have initiative.
