Ensures proper use and repair of building facilities and utilities in the most cost-effective manner;
Ensures proper coordination and montoring of service providers for safety and security;
Ensures proper use, repair and maintenance of building and office equipments;
Participates in minor building construction projects; and
Checks and monitors daily the physical condition and cleanliness of all building facilities, offices and surrounding areas.
With at least 2 years experience in Building Administration and Maintenance;
Graduate of 4-year course or any related vocational course;
Can work with minimum supervision;
Excellent problem-solving skills; and
With good interpersonal skills.
