JOB DESCRIPTION
Operates/activates/switches on all facilities equipment, such as but not limited to the following; Airconditioning units, Sewage and water pumps, Exhaust and fresh air blowers, generator sets, Lighting systems, STP, Power breakers, etc.
Assist building Engineer in the implementation and monitoring of the preventive maintenance programs.
Assist the Building Engineer in addressing the problems in operation.
Accomplish the daily, weekly and monthly equipment monitoring checklist upon the conduct of corrective or preventive maintenance.
Conduct spare parts inventory and maintain appropriate level of spares.
Perform other functions as maybe required by the Building Engineer/Property manager.
JOB QUALIFICATION
At least 2 years solid working experience as building maintenance in high rise building (residential condominium, commercial, hotel.
Vocational or Certificate in EIM/HVAC/RAC.
Knowledge in Electrical, Aircondioning, and plumbing.
Good in communication skills.
