Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and train the maintenance team.
Manage and oversee all building maintenance and repair works, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, ACUs, and carpentry.
Coordinate with contractors and respond to facility emergencies such as power outages, leaks, or equipment failures.
Implement, review, and update preventive maintenance programs and schedules.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
Prepare material estimates, manage supply requisitions, and track project and maintenance records.
Submit maintenance reports and perform other related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
A graduate of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Having a PRC license and relevant technical skills certifications is an advantage.
At least 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance, including supervisory responsibilities and hands-on knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and related systems.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Google Workspace.
Safety Officer certification is a plus.
