• Knows how to read the building plan.
• College level or graduate of vocational course.
• Knows how to drive a 2- or 3-tons truck with a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• With experience in building maintenance, supervision of staff and other related construction works.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
with knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical works, etc. purely more on building maintenance works and supervision for staffs
