Building Maintenance and Construction Supervisor
 
The Building Maintenance and Construction supervisor is responsible for planning and developing. Implementing and evaluating the building maintenance programs. Formulates, monitors, and implements project strategies and planning. Estimates the needed materials, manpower, tools, and equipment for the project site and tracks all project movement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a graduate of BS-Civil Engineering, preferably with license.
Experienced in precast concrete methodology and pre-engineered buildings.
Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD
Familiar with Rebar Works, Formworks, and Concreting Works
Familiarity with electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work, and fire protection
With at least 2-4 years' experience in building maintenance and construction as a supervisor
Capable of handling and solving project site's issues such as manpower, materials, and productivity.
With strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures, and maintenance.
With a solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
