Job Description
Conduct thorough inspections and high quality repairs of building structures. Execute preventive maintenance tasks for building fabric systems.
Assist in the development of maintenance schedules and strategies. Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
Coordinate with the Building Fabric/Civil Supervisor on major repair projects. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
Train and mentor junior technicians to uphold high standards of service and safety.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 6 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Hands-on experience as a technician in luxury facilities maintenance. Extensive knowledge of building structures and maintenance practices.
Advanced technical skills and a focus on continuous improvement and innovation. Technical certification or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Professional appearance and demeanor, embodying Sindalah's commitment to excellence.
Strong English skills, both written and verbal are mandatory.
