BUILDING ENGINEER
Location: Buhangin, Davao City
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Licensed Engineer (Board Passer)
At least 2 years of related experience in building/property management
Knowledgeable in maintenance and repair of building systems (HVAC, elevators, genset, fire protection systems)
Experience in reviewing and evaluating tenant fit-out plans
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee preventive maintenance and ensure minimal equipment downtime
Monitor vendor performance (SLA & KPI compliance)
Respond to tenant concerns and ensure timely resolution
Conduct regular site inspections
Ensure health and safety systems are properly maintained
Ensure compliance with government permits and ISO documentation
Monitor utilities consumption (power and water)
Assist in expense management (OPEX & CAPEX)
Review and monitor tenant fit-out construction and compliance
Support team coordination and performance monitoring
Recommend operational improvements
