Building EngineerFirst Oceanic Property Management, Inc

Participate in daily toolbox meetings with the PM, Technical Supervisor and Head of Security.
Responsible and accountable in the planning, execution and timely delivery of the Property's 52-Week Engineering Calendar, Technical Budget and CAPEX of projects.
Has full oversight responsibility on Maintenance Services and third-party Contractors' execution of Association/Building Administration Inc. approved Technical and Service Management Plans, Service Level Agreements and Standards.
Comply with Government Regulations and Technical Regulatory requirements.
Assist and complete audit inspection of all engineering-related nature, including but not limited to construction, renovation works and government-initiated activities.
Responsible for planning, implementation, and completion of MEPFS projects.
Lead and secure that all engineering tools and equipment on site are always operational and or ready for use.
Other tasks assigned by PM.
Qualifications:
 
BS Electrical Engineering;
Must be a Licensed Engineer (REE)
Must be computer literate.
With good communication skills and the ability to deliver him/herself well with clients and/or customers.
Has the skills needed to be able to monitor and control some/all technical aspects of the management.
Must show awareness and alertness in daily operations.
Amenable to shifting schedule and Weekend duty.
