QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Preferably with at least 2 years work experience in building maintenance in a commercial / retail / mall / office establishment
Able to handle scheduling and supervising technical support staff such as plumbers and electricians
Honest and trustworthy
Knowledgeable in MS excel, MS word, AutoCAD , google docs
Able to implement systems to maintain plumbing and electrical framework in a building and make maintenance reports
