Position Summary and Qualification:
Has 3-4 years' work experience as an Building Engineer in Real Estate Industry
Bachelor's/ College Degree holder
Licensed Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer
Ability to communicate well and professionally in both oral and written English
Strong analytical skills and strategic planning skills
Can work independently and with a team
Efficient, Result-Oriented and delivers good quality outcome
Detail oriented and has problem-solving ability
Job Responsibilities
Assists in the day-to-day operations of the property to ensure that all equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition to achieve customer satisfaction and operating cost efficiencies.
Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition by conducting a regular inspection, implement a preventive maintenance and undertake corrective maintenance.
implement Energy-conservation and cost-saving measure while monitoring utility consumption.
track and communicate work request status and completion.
Monitor construction works and ensures that all guidelines are strictly followed. Provide project status reports to Property Manager.
Assist in coordinating Fire/Earthquake Drill and other emergency drills conducted in the property.
And all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to you by the management.
